   Blenheim Management Company is a home building/hospitality/land development firm. Blenheim acquires and develops land for the construction and sale of homes or for development of hotels/commercial/retail ventures.At Blenheim, I manage the front end land development requirements including site analysis and due diligence. I hire and oversee outside consultants to perform their specialty tasks for planning, site engineering, entitlements, permitting, wetland studies, geotechnical explorations and environmental findings. I manage project budgets and project timelines for approvals and turnover to the site construction group. I oversee and manage the site engineering design and communicate with our construction group to ensure the best design and most economical construction to address each individual site’s unique constraints.I act as the owner’s rep and liaison for state and county review agencies, public meetings and hearings throughout the front end approval process and at project completion for acceptance and turnover.I administer and oversee field contracts for all open space management including grass cutting, pond maintenance, landscape installation, open space completion and stormwater management facility construction for approval by county agencies and turnover to the community.I oversee all specialty projects as needed including contract negotiations, vendor approvals, billing and payments. As a P.E. I help resolve any field issues during construction including finding solutions and coordinating with appropriate agencies to facilitate project completion. I coordinate our projects with all related departments from accounting, finance, site construction, legal and home building. My primary objective and responsibilities are to keep projects moving and under construction to prevent unnecessary delays.I am also involved with some aspects of HOA administration, turnover and communication with our residential communities.
