Oversees multi-million budget, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and specification-compliant product readiness- Development of New Product Platform for >50 hp segment for India and export markets; successful launch readiness done to enter in high end product to compete with Mahindra, JD New Holland- Orchestrated transformative 12+3 Promaxx project, revitalizing mass market segment. Ingeniously developed 10 variants; including pioneering 4WD models, boosting annual volume by units. Potential to achieve higher Market share by 2-3% in Indian market- Engineered the BS V Emission compliance ready project covering all models from 35- 65hp range, the future-proofing entire tractor line. Prototype release accomplished, paving the way for the 2026 product launch- Leading the Escorts Products under Kubota Badge by changing specific market requirements to export to Kubota network channel- Product Cost Management to protect profitability without losing product value proposition and features- Gateway Management and Resource Management – Deployment and achievement along with all stakeholder support
