My responsibility includes overseeing Manufacturing operations, Quality and Production Planning and Control. Here in Lupin I am instrumental in improving the overall productivity, strengthening operational efficiencies, effective vendor management, managing resources optimally and generating cost advantages through various strategic initiatives. I have distinguished contributions in improving the plant efficiency. Managed and fulfilled plant requirements by ensuring flawless transitions, expansions and any other changes as per the specifications and circumstances. Built and trained high performance teams and ensured adherence with the statutory regulations. I am ensuring adherence with the safety regulations and implemented maintenance schedules for improving operational efficiencies of the equipments. I have been involved in planning & execution of Technology Transfer, Scale up with R&D, Quality Assurance & Production department. Analysed Deviations, change control, CAPA and handled market complaints through Caliber QAMS software. I have been involved in periodic review of BMS data acquisition system, In process checks acquisition system and operational parameters acquisition system (SCADA). Equally responsible for approval of BMRs through SAP, purchase requests etc, CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) budget preparation and maintenance.
