Currently part of Polaris\'s Engineering Development Program, where I explore different domains within product development through 6-month rotations.1st Rotation – Running Gears & Chassis:Started off working with the Running Gears team, focusing on tyres, wheels, and chassis durability. This included basics of running gears, chassis, steering and suspension sub systems.2nd Rotation – Plastics & Fixtures:I worked majorly on designing various test fixtures and EDS shaker fixtures—right from conceptualization and design to validation and final submission. On the plastics side, I dived into the fundamentals of automotive plastic parts, surfacing in Creo, manufacturing feasibility, mold flow analysis, and more.3rd Rotation – Structural CAE (Current):Now I’m working in the Structural CAE team. I’ve started working with Ansys - SpaceClaim and Mechanical, mainly on chassis durability and structural analysis.
