The Office Group (TOG) provides over 50 flexible design-led workspaces in the UK and Germany, with the majority spread across London. Currently managing and administering IT in 10 buildings in the Kings Cross and Farringdon area totalling over Sq Ft in office and events space. I provide support to over clients comprising of staff and 50+ internal staff across these sites. Support of IT Systems- Azure Active Directory and on-prem Active Directory inc Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365- Windows Server 2012 - Hybrid Environment- VMware- Networks and Firewalls - Wi-Fi and Network Gateways (Ruckus, Medusa)- Security tools (Threatspike, Sophos, FortiGate, Palo Alto)Day to Day Responsibilities- Liaising with new clients and discussing their IT needs- Planning, assisting and installing clients equipment into coms areas- Overseeing and maintaining of internal WAN/LAN networks in buildings- Point of contact for internal End Users IT issues- Remote monitoring of core systems- Structured cabling and patching Highly Experienced in Coms Room environments- Racking- Power Management- Cable Management- Cable TerminationAudio Visual- Install and management of Zoom Rooms - Telephony systems including Avaya and Ring Central- Installation and management of conference equipment including Avaya, Yealink, Cisco- Troubleshooting of all things AV, including speakers, amps, TV\'s, projectorsProvide IT Training- New IT starters- Staff using Internal Systems- Identifying needs to provide One to One IT trainingCompleted Core Projects at The Office Group- Upgrade of sites become fully UPS compliant- Migration of Avaya AP to Ruckus AP- Office 365 2FA implementation across the company- Company wide security GPO implementation inc password policies & lock screen time out.
