Conducting large-scale analyses in biobanks and EHR cohorts (e.g. All of Us, UKBB) including GWAS, PGS profiling, variant annotation, and robust LD calculation, to improve polygenic prediction for complex diseases- Designing HLA genotyping approaches in pedigrees with parent-offspring data- Developing novel polygenic scoring frameworks for non-Gaussian, high liability traits such as Type 1 Diabetes- Design and validate methods for detecting aneuploidy, copy number variation, and ploidy status of embryos from sequencing and array data- Develop statistical methods to estimate relatedness across pedigrees with parental and grand-parental information and infer parent of origin of copy number / aneuploidy events in embryos.
