I also lead the Cloud Enablement Team for entire suite of products generating about $200M revenue. All applications are hosted in HIPAA certified in-house data centers. My team also provide automation for cloud deployment and management of the application suite. Accountable for oversight of all aspects of software development life cycle, including design, architecture, and technical reviews, as well as team staffing, project and process management, strategic planning for product roadmaps, functional reviews, feature discussions, customer meetings, and capacity plans that include cross-functional collaboration. Oversee all software architecture and development of the products ensuring federal regulations are met, including 21 CFR part 11 and HIPAA. Involved in 3rd party and customer audits of the products. • Stabilized ClearTrial products releases within three months of taking over the management. Last three releases have been on time with zero post-production defects. Got business approval for two year roadmap. • Improved Cloud Enablement team\'s efficiency by 25% YoY by better innovative automation, process improvement, people development and used the gains to increase team\'s responsibilities. • Lead the migration of over instance application from legacy data center to Oracle Cloud for Industries (OCI) with over 90% first attempt success rate • Transformed multiple teams to deliver quality and innovation • Adopted open source and inhouse technologies to save about $1.0 million a year in licensing cost • Improved application security controls
