Led the full operational spin-out of CEA from its fiscal sponsor, Effective Ventures, setting up four new entities across the US and UK.Managed workstreams across legal (entity structure, 501(c)(3) status, equivalency determinations, US–UK cooperation), finance (bank accounts, payroll migration), HR (HRIS and benefits set-up, TUPE transfers, visa licence application), and asset transfer (IP valuation, contract migration). Authored the project plans, ran weekly cross-organisational syncs, and owned internal staff communications.When the spin-out was temporarily paused, managed clean documentation and wind-down, enabling seamless restart in 2026.Also supported the COO during a critical growth phase. Coordinated priorities across departments, stepped in to own projects that lacked immediate ownership, including OKR reviews, employee transitions, cross-team coordination.
