My name is M. Jeevananth, and I will be overseeing the ongoing retrofitting & structural works in Towers A, B&C at our Autograph site in Sector 66. My primary focus will be to ensure that all retrofitting & structure activities are being executed strictly as per the Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and approved specifications. I will also be checking the presence of laborers on-site as per today’s deployment schedule and ensuring that all workers are wearing the necessary PPE kits, including helmets, safety shoes, and reflective jackets, for compliance and safety.In addition to this, I will be closely monitoring the quality, micro and macro planning and progress of the ongoing works to ensure that all activities are being carried out safely, systematically, and within the defined timelines. This includes verifying that proper materials and approved methodologies are being used, identifying any deviations or technical issues at an early stage, and coordinating with site engineers and supervisors to implement corrective actions immediately. My objective is to maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure that all retrofitting works are completed efficiently, meeting both safety and quality requirements of the project.Previously, I was responsible for finishing work, which gave me hands-on exposure to quality control, coordination, and end-to-end site execution. This experience helps me approach retrofitting works with a strong understanding of detailing, constructability, and practical site challenges.
