Extracting samples from sample points in the system and evaluated the chemical and physical characteristics.• Conducting sample preparations and analysis by various tests in lab including Hach spectrophotometry, titration and other separation techniques.• Assisting in environmental monitoring and protective measures to improve air and water quality index such as testing potassium levels in water.• Conducting wastewater analysis to ensure compliance with discharge specifications before releasing water into the river.• Neutralization of frac tanks by calculating the amount of hydrochloric acid required to achieve permissible pH levels.• Performing pH tests on various samples and did calibration of pH meter.• Employing Petrosense meter to assess the type and amounts of Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons (EPHs) in samples, ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols.• Maintaining the functioning and calibration of lab equipment and apparatus to ensure accuracy and reliability in testing procedures.• Operating heavy equipment checks such as pumps, reactors, agitators etc.• Ensuring compliance with safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.• Collaborating with team members to enhance quality inspection practices and implement any suggested improvements.
