I\'m a results-driven Project Planning and Coordination Specialist with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, tunnelling, industrial, nuclear, and oil & gas projects, ranging from $50M up to multi-billion-dollar programs. I specialize in project controls, schedule development, and earned value management, with hands-on expertise using Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS, and the MS Office Suite.Throughout my career, I’ve worked with leading organizations including Ontario Power Generation, TransMountain, and Elk Valley Resources. I’ve established project controls for a $750M for a mining client, focues on waste water treatment facility project and developed Primavera P6 baseline schedules for TransMountain’s $3.2B pipeline project. I have extensive experience performing schedule risk and float path analysis, developing resource-loaded schedules, and leading planning for complex, multidisciplinary projects.I bring a deep understanding of project lifecycles from design through execution and support executive decision-making with insightful schedule performance metrics such as SPI, PF, and CPI.
