ABOUT M FRANK ERASMUS
I bring over 15 years of experience in the antibody discovery industry, with a focus on designing next-generation antibody libraries, leading bioinformatics and biophysical characterization teams, and developing computational tools to accelerate discovery. My work combines experimental and computational approaches, integrating high-throughput screening with data-driven modeling to improve biologic development.I currently lead computational design and biophysical characterization efforts built around our therapeutic antibody library platforms, guiding a talented team of bioinformaticians and biophysicists in support of lead discovery and technology transfer.I also serve on the Scientific Advisory Board and as a co-chair of the Protein Engineering Summit (PEGS), helping organize benchmarking initiatives that advance the application of in silico methods in antibody discovery.I’ve co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and patents.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, swimming, fly fishing, scuba diving, snowboarding, and surfing whenever I’m near the coast.
