Enthusiastic scientist with technical knowledge in the area of organic/bioorganic, bioconjugation and biotechnology. Proven record in the design and development of reagents for diagnostic immunoassays, process development of small molecules and bioconjugates, process transfer to in-house manufacturing and Third Party Manufacturing. Have been enjoying working on several R&D cross-functional teams as an individual contributor. As the chair of Abbott Women in Science, a company Diversity and Inclusion professional network, set strategy and devised programs to expand the network across the company\'s global presence and developed partnerships with internal organizations to address business/scientist needs (e.g, STEM outreach, global mentoring circles).
