This includes conceptual flow sheet development, design of equipment (Heat exchangers, Vessels, Pumps and piping), and operating manuals preparation.• Estimating NPV/IRR for the different conceptual flow schemes to down select the optimal scheme.• Pilot Plant – Design of pilot plants, pilot plant commissioning which includes FAT (Factory Acceptance test) and SAT (Site Acceptance test), and Hazop studies.• Catalyst performance evaluation in lab scale reactors from 2 grams to 100 grams scaleReactor Selection and Design• Kinetic modelling of R&D phase projects based on lab data.• Selection of best reactor for the technologies, which involves evaluation of fixed bed reactors, moving bed reactors and fluidized bed reactors, based on the catalyst performance data from lab.Technical Services for the Existing Plants• Capacity enhancement studies, which includes checking the equipment for the new capacities, rating of heat exchangers, columns, pressure drop estimations of pipes, hydraulic calculations.
