Experienced Counselor Educator, Chair & Program Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Program Development & Evaluation, Conflict Resolution, Consultation, Continuing Eduction Programs, and Registered Play Therapist. Strong education professional with a Ph.D. focused in Counselor Education from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, a CACREP accredited program. Licensed profession counselor supervisor (TX) since 2006 and across various settings. Also a licensed professional counselor (MO). Supervision and consultation provided for licensed professional counselors (LPC), LPC Associates (TX), LPC Associates with Play Therapist (TX), and licensed professional counselors seeking Play Therapy credential as defined by the Association for Play Therapy. Supervision is approached from a strengths based approach which allows each individual to find their own strengths and resources to build upon throughout their supervision. A one time conversation & interview is conducted to determination the best fit for both the supervisee and supervisor. Currently all supervision is done remotely with dates & times are discussed and determined upon onset of supervision. Flexibility can be a key element to a productive and successful supervision journey.
