I currently lead the Onboarding and Periodic Review teams at Frontier Pay and have been part of the business since its early stages of growth. Over that time, I’ve supported the development of operational processes and controls as the company has scaled.A key part of my role has been working closely with colleagues in IT and Compliance on the development of FPMS (Frontier Pay Management System), our in-house platform designed to support onboarding, monitoring and regulatory requirements.My day-to-day responsibilities include team management, customer due diligence, periodic reviews, risk categorisation and process improvement. I collaborate across departments to ensure workflows are efficient, well-governed and aligned with regulatory expectations.I enjoy leading my team as well as being a team player, improving systems and contributing to practical solutions that support both customer experience and sustainable business growth.
