Serves as the principal advisor to the President & CEO and the Board of Directors on all programmatic and financial aspects of the Foundation. Coordinates all facets of the annual toy/book Christmas collection & distribution campaign including: purchasing and distributing ~$2M in promotional materials and toy collection boxes; purchasing and distributing ~$43M toys and books; planning and organizing the annual fundraising golf tournament; planning and organizing the annual Local Coordinator Training Conference; leading annual financial audit; and supervising the collection of the local chapter’s annual program and financial reports.1. Lead a team of 10-employees who provide all financial, program, and logistical support to over 870 local Marine/Volunteer chapters across the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.2. Instituted significant organizational change endeavors since 2017 that resulted in:a. 9.75% growth in local campaign chapters from 800 to 878 in 2024.b. 43.03% growth in toys/books distributed and 50.53% growth in children in need assisted since 2017.c. 97.96% growth in local chapter cash donations from ~$11.2M in 2017 to ~22.2M in 2023.3. Implemented enterprise change in receiving, counting, sorting, re-palletizing, and shipping millions of annual corporate toy/book donations through a donated third-party logistics (3PL) partner allowing this product to reach significantly more local campaign chapters.4. Directly impacted unmodified opinions in every financial audit since 2017.5. Directly supported 32.14% growth of Foundation revenue from $271M in 2017 to $359M in 2023.6. Supported President & CEO’s strategic vision to increase support to children in need through year-round efforts.
