ABOUT MATTHEW CLEVELAND

I am experienced leader with strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving innovation in the development of new products, new business models, and accessing new markets. I\'m not afraid of taking risks, thrive in ambiguity, and have played a central role in the commercial implementation of some of the most important technological advances in animal agriculture over the last two decades.A clear and confident communicator, I speak often to both technical and non-technical audiences worldwide, advocating for livestock production as a key solution to sustainably feed the world, while having a net positive benefit for individuals, communities, heritage, culture, and the planet. I am also a strong advocate for Western sports and culture, in all its many forms around the world, as a powerful force to connect an increasingly disconnected population to agriculture, livestock production and the rural communities that underpin a resilient food system. I’m an intentional people leader, passionate about helping individuals grow to their full potential and building empowered, high-performing teams that deliver results. With extensive global experience, I’ve collaborated with commercial teams, technical experts, and customers across diverse cultural and business environments, bringing a global perspective to all that I do.
