Worked on 56Gbps PAM4, 25Gbps NRZ, 10G KR, PCIE Gen2-4 system design, GDDR6, HBM, DDR, NAND and other memory systems. Extensive analysis experience on 2.5D silicon interposer. Hands on experience on SerDes validation, SSO, PDN analysis and package EMI analysis. Circuit design experience of Tx and Rx with Equalizations (FFE, CTLE, DFE) for NRZ and PAM4. Have expertise in HFSS, SIwave, ADS, Allegro, Hyperlynx 2.5D and 3D solvers, HSPICE, CADENCE virtuoso, allegro etc.
