About Ann Harlan

Ann Harlan has experience across a variety of industries, including consumer products and manufacturing business segments. As an independent board member on both public and private company boards, Ms. Harlan is a strategic partner in the boardroom and the executive suite. Since 2009, Ann has served as an Independent Director of the NYSE listed Gorman Rupp Company (ticker: GRC) where she was elected as the Lead Director in 2016. Ann sits on the Compensation Committee, having previously served on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Gorman Rupp is in a competitive and diversified fluid handling business segment with facilities in the US and major international locations. Ann also currently serves as an independent director on the Unison Risk Advisors, one of the nations largest independent insurance brokerage and risk management firms.Ann previously served as an independent director of the NYSE listed Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.(ticker: CLF) where she sat on the Audit Committee. Until the successful sale of the business or business interest Ann also served on the board member of FlavorX Corporation and Eatem Corporation, each private companies in the consumer products space. From 1998 to 2011, Ms. Harlan was a member of the senior management team at The JM Smucker Company, a Fortune 500 NYSE listed company ( ticker:SJM). Smucker manufactures and markets leading consumer and pet food brands. At Smucker, Ann was the senior officer responsible for all legal matters and served as primary advisory to the Board on matters related to corporate governance, executive compensation as well as key regulatory and risk issues. Ms. Harlan also served on the executive strategy counsel responsible for development and execution of corporate strategy.
