Lead the Development, Compliance and Management of Food Safety Management System (ISO Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), HACCP and other Food Safety Programs, Health & Safety Environment Policies in 2 Water Manufacturing Plants, 1 Juice Plant & 1 Plastic Manufacturing Plant / Assisted the Technical Research & Development of Juices and Water (Innovation & Renovation) & Regulatory Affairs & Developing and Executing Quality Assurance plans to ensure that high Quality Products are delivered to our customer all the time Daily oversight of Quality & Production Practices including Raw Material Receiving, Operational Sanitation, Finished Product Quality and Food Safety Systems/ Provide Technical support in the identification of Non-Compliance’s deviations from the Quality System and implement Corrective Actions and procedures to prevent re-occurrence/Ensured FSMS, HSE & QA Policies and Procedures are followed, and Monitoring, Verification and Documentation associated with adherence to government regulations; developing, implementing and maintaining the HACCP and SSOP based inspection programs/Ensured the Finished Products conform to Customers’ Specifications (Private Labels & Own Labels) and comply to GSO, SFDA, SASO, Middle East Food Regulation, Other National and International Regulatory Requirements/Managing In-House Laboratories in compliance with the Factory Quality Monitoring Scheme for (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, WTU, Finished Products including Preforms and Closures/Managed the Audit (Internal & External) Schedule of HANA’s Production Facilities & HSE Established & Developed the HACCP Plan, Auditing Plan for Hana Products (Water & Aseptic Juices) Established & Developed Supplier Assurance Programs & Created Vendors Audit Plan as required by HANA’s Standard/Deputized the Quality Director and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure that Products are comply to Regulatory & HANA’s Standards
