Reporting to the U.S. CEO, I am responsible for traditional, offline marketing for Martha Stewart’s meal kit, Martha Stewart & Marley Spoon, Dinnerly and Bezzie. Responsibilities include- Full ownership of marketing activities across TV, OTT, OOH, direct mail and other channels through planning, delivering and optimizing customer acquisition for U.S. brands - Planning, negotiating, and executing campaigns with vendors - Working with the Online Acquisition teams based in Berlin to jointly plan, track, and deliver U.S. acquisition targets - Testing, learning, repeating, and scaling by driving continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI, factoring in interaction with activities and on owned, earned, and paid channels - Measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance weekly of all activities - Building structured reports that reflect key KPIs of individual channels (i.e, CPM, CPA, CAC & LTV)- Implementing different tracking methodologies to understand the cross-channel impact of activities - Managing the offline acquisition budget to maximize incremental growth - Working with stakeholders to ensure tagging and tracking implementation - Evaluating and identifying new opportunities for driving incremental growth through new channels, new approaches, new audiences, messaging and offer opportunities
