I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.As the former Senior Executive Vice President of Technology at Wells Fargo, I successfully led a global software engineering team of ~200 professionals to modernize and transform the loan originations and loan servicing experience for various consumer lending products. I established policies, standards, and guidelines to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve quality. I collaborated with business leaders and product management to design and launch new financial products with best-in-class customer experience, such as the award-winning Wells Fargo Flex Loan. I also completed three executive-level certifications from Wharton Executive Education to further develop my skills in persuasive leadership, product management and strategy, and leading a technology-driven organization.I am passionate about building effective and agile software teams that can deliver value and innovation.
