Dr. Lystra Richardson is a professor of Educational Leadership at Southern Connecticut State University where she teaches in the doctoral, superintendent, and sixth-Year programs. With over three decades of experience in education, including Implementation Coordinator at the Yale Child Study Center, Coordinator of Site Based Management for New Haven Public Schools, and Language Arts teacher, Dr. Richardson is an author, researcher, course developer, and leadership development trainer. Additionally, Dr. Richardson has been coaching young adults in goal setting and goal achievement as they try to navigate the challenges of work life and personal life both nationally and internationally most recently in Brazil, Tiblisi, Georgia, and Trinidad & Tobago.
