I can provide support to companies and organisations who want to engage their people in more participatory ways to deliver better results. Our conventional ways of communicating and problem solving (webinars, team briefs, managed discussions, or just throwing people into a room and hoping for the best) rarely generate amazing outcomes and are far from participatory. I can offer support, consultancy and practical application of a proven ways to engage everyone in the work and achieve better results. I also offer Immersion workshops, which are a launchpad to transforming the way you and your team approach your work together. I can host immersion workshops that are tailored the unique needs of an organization or group. The aim of these workshops is for your team to become exposed and able to then use LS in your setting. These can be participatory (include members of your organisation to help co-design and delivery) or, if you are short on capacity or want a taster first, I can come in and run a session without the need for your team to prepare and engage with the material.
