ABOUT LYSANE PERREAULT
My journey into the video game industry began with a career in event management, where I gained solid expertise in project management, team leadership, and resolving complex situations and problems. This experience laid the foundation for my career change toward my passion for video games. Now, just two and a half years after making that change, I have had the opportunity to move from an administrative and human resources position to Studio Head at Norsfell. My core motivation is to build the best teams and help the studio become a benchmark in Montreal, systematically placing human support and management at the heart of our success and growth.
