ABOUT LYSA MORRISON

I am so lucky to love what I do for a living. I help people & firms develop, grow, innovate, create, achieve - be their best! I do a lot but I wouldn’t have it any other way.I deliver everything from training and coaching through to team and strategy development through my company LMA Training & Consultancy. I speak & deliver workshops all over Europe mainly around emotional intelligence, performance, motivation & engagement. I’m a co-founder along with British lion Tony Underwood, Olympian Chris Cook & the business genius that is John Oates, in the Newcastle Falcons Rugy Foundation’s new game-changing programme, Rugby+ Futures that empowers young people to reach their full potential. I’m an adjunct Senior Lecturer at Newcastle University Business School specialising in Transformation. I’m a very proud associate at Rambutan, an organisational behaviour change consultancy, & the Innovation Super Network who businesses grow through innovation. I also have an exciting online personal development start up in development. I\'m a co-owner of 2 of the world’s best gins - Geordie Gin & Geordie Ginger.My journey has been one of continuous learning & growth. From a challenging upbringing where my destiny appeared to be already written, I broke expectations & went on to achieve an MBA, a cert. in Entrepreneurship from Harvard, I\'ve owned several businesses, I\'ve mentored start-ups, I speak at conferences across Europe including Europe’s biggest ever project management conference to over people, I\'ve delivered an impromptu TEDx talk, I\'ve worked with TEDx Newcastle, Manchester & Thinking Digital, I was one of the UKs youngest female PCT non-execs, I\'ve written strategies for government, developed service models adopted by councils, I\'m an NLP Master Practitioner & certified Trainer. I also have a qualification in wine-you never know when that might come in handy! Despite my achievements, I\'m committed to walking my talk. I believe in applying the principles I teach to myself, always striving to do my best for myself, my family, & my clients. I\'m driven by the belief that anyone can achieve their goals with the right support & mindset.I offer proven methods to enhance performance, motivation, belief, confidence, & engagement for individuals, teams, & organisations. My approach combines business acumen with psychology, reflecting my belief that business is universal & people are at the core of everything.In essence, my mission is to inspire & empower others to unlock their full potential & achieve their aspirations both professionally & personally.
