My experience working in tech has challenged me to grow and strengthen my understanding of various systems and helped me develop empathy to users in need of problem solving. I am all about finding ways to streamline processes, to innovate old ways of doing things, and use my creativity to design informed solutions with the goal of making people\'s lives better.I pride myself on not just being a proactive and collaborative team member but also a driving force in meeting project completion deadlines. As a curious and critical thinker with natural organization skills, I am confident in leading and supporting a team while incorporating my optimistic attitude to the team dynamic.
