   As a Senior UX Designer in Deloitte Digital\'s Government & Public Services (GPS) Studio, I implement human-centered design into government systems. I work closely with federal clients in the healthcare and state/local education sectors to understand the unique and complex challenges at hand and provide the proper design direction based on discovery and research. I’ve been lucky to lead engagements with public sector clients such as Epilepsy Foundation, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Veteran’s Health Administration, and the Department of Education’s Office of Federal Student Aid. I regularly collaborate with UI and UX designers, product managers, engineers, content strategists and stakeholders to work towards a solution that is beneficial to all user groups. Some of my tasks and responsibilities include- User research (heuristic analysis, user/stakeholder interviews, usability testing, affinity mapping and synthesis, process mapping)- User interface design (low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes across responsive web, native iOS, and Android platforms in Figma)- Lead design discussions and wireframe reviews with engineers, content strategists, and design leads to prioritize and execute on MVP feature sets.
