About Martin Lyons
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a fascination with cooking at large. It’s such a huge impact to our daily lives and how we live transcends into how we individually celebrate living life. It’s also a perfect balance of science in an ever-evolving sequence of molecular changes. These combined elements influence taste and smell conjuring our emotional palette, evoking memories from different reaches of life events, ultimately changing our youth palette into an experienced one. Food for me is not just sustenance, but a larger more emotionally charged factor in my life.
