    Manage a multidisciplinary team of 30 direct and 500+ contractors, including talent selection, performance evaluations, and daily work prioritization. Responsible for successful delivery of the Willow Pad including infrastructure, power generation, camps, and injection facilities- Lead construction, commissioning and operational activities related to the Willow Operations Center including, static and dynamic commissioning, SOLAR turbine startup, and handover to Operations- Establish a new baseline for field performance, HSE leadership, and contractor management. This included a reset of strategic direction, driving the safety culture, setting new operational strategy, and responsibility for delivering WOC on time and on budget- Responsible for both technical and business execution of the Willow Program including a reset of business and execution expectations, renegotiation of the EPC contract, productivity, procurement and cost control.
