   Hired as a contract Recruiting Coordinator for a Sales expansion project supporting over five Recruiters. Tasked with filling over 180 positions within a few months. My most recent project is with the expansion of Data Science and Cyber Security roles. Tasks include sourcing, interview scheduling, background and drug screenings and onboarding while maintaining compliance standards. These are fast moving projects which demand high energy, ability to multitask and coordinate multiple moving parts. Accountability and ownership is vital to my success in this role as we’ll as to the success of these projects. In this position I work with ITMS Successfactors tracking system, MyP & O, Carco/ Cisive Drug and background screening and Green Jobs interviewing systems.
