ABOUT LYNZIE HODGSON

Over my years in education I have developed a great passion towards science and its evolution through the ages. During my college education and continuing into my person life, I discovered an intellectual curiosity towards Pharmacology. During a gap year, I spend many nights reading past and present papers and journals of research spanning from: drug discovery, development, evaluation, and regulatory approval. Once starting to university, and participation in laboratory sessions for the year, my eagerness for knowledge has just increased exponentially. During my final year at university, I did my thesis on the molecular effects of novel glioblastoma inhibitor drugs, and how to do preliminary research before furthering the research with quantitative analysis. My current personal interest is in the pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of chronic pain.
