Develops, leads, and oversees the quality review process for all Private and Exclusive footwear brands\' production. Effectively communicates the results and recommendations to Leadership and all supply chain partners, including vendors, agents, and GSPS.Supports sustainability and chemical management for all footwear Private and Exclusive Brand production, ensuring compliance with contracted standards. Communicates findings and recommendations to leadership and supply chain partners, including vendors and product teams. Provides consultation on Counter Construction/Fit during early development, assisting with complex projects and product testing results.As the footwear last production and quality specialist, oversees the last production process.
