I am a degree educated dynamic and results driven Hotel Operations Manager with over 8 years’ experience overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading two successful new Hotel openings with one of the UK’s largest visitor attractions LEGOLAND Windsor. I have a proven track record in managing large scale projects, managing cross-functional teams and optimizing operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. I have strong leadership, planning and people management skills. Work to extremely tight deadlines and in demanding circumstances as well as developing and delivering a high level of strategic requirements and plans. I am passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences whilst driving efficiency in resources, managing budgets and maintaining the highest standards in service.
