ABOUT LYNSEY WELDON
Stroma Building Control is an Approved Inspector, licensed every five years a by the Government - via the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to carry out Building Regulations approvals (Building Control) as an alternative to Local Authorities. I carry out plan checking and site inspections to ensure that compliance with the Building Regulations and relevant associated legislation are being achieved. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Control Engineering. I am a chartered member of CABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers).
