My role currently is project focused - I\'m one of the design leads supporting on the transformation being made to the client offboarding journey. Whilst \'offboarding\' a client is something we as a Bank want to avoid there are circumstances where it is required - where a client has committed fraud, or financial crime, non-compliance of KYC which is a regulatory requirement or indeed where the client pro-actively closes their business and we need to close their client record. This is a project spanning a couple of years with different phases and client populations included but it has enabled me to grow my expertise and gain new skills! Prior to this role, I had 5 years experience in leading operational teams across multiple sites - all with an Anti Money Laundering / KYC lens. Additional activities have included- Leading the Emerging Talent work stream for 2 years promoting the Graduate, Apprenticeship and work experience opportunities - Shaping the Inclusion & Diversity Sponsorship Programme- Culture Lead for #LoveToWork- Crisis - Changing Lives Mentor - Bank of Scotland Mentor
