I am a highly experienced Recruitment Professional with over 25 years’ industry experience within the IT/Technology sector. I have an extensive background in recruiting for Technical IT and Senior Business Change roles. I pride myself on providing clients with a consultative approach; delivering the highest possible level of service. I have worked in Senior Account Management roles for the past 20 years ranging from business partnering with Hiring Managers on an exclusive basis through to maintaining highly competitive PSL status on large corporate accounts on a consistent long term basis. I have proven experience of establishing and maintaining effective relationships and regularly visit clients on-site to establish, manage and maintain key relationships to C Suite level. In addition I provide advice on strategic recruitment needs throughout the full recruitment life-cycle; including the on-boarding of new recruits.I work for Volt within their European division.
