Manage overall operations of payrolls for all payrolls in US, Canada, Mexico and UK.• Ensure accurately and timely processing of payroll with strong data integrity.• Responsible for ensuring all payroll regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.• Evaluate and enforce practices to support compliance in each country.• Maintain a strong control environment, including protection of employee related data.• Implement and maintain payroll best practices.• Partner with other departments (Benefits, HR, Accounting, HRIS) to design and implement cross-functional process improvements, uptake new system functionality and support initiatives that scale with business growth.• Coordinate with internal and external resources to resolve payroll issues• Evaluate and ensure maintenance of policies and procedures Payroll Department.• Oversee internal and cross-functional projects for Payroll.
