My experience with AstraZeneca has included shaping the HR vision and priorities across both global and US-based therapeutic areas. As a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership, I am responsible for driving the talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB). Supporting more than 2500 team members across the business, I utilize data analytics to inform the People and GPTW Strategy. Lead a team of HRBP\'s by creating purposeful, engaging culture aligned with vision of inclusion, collaboration, and belonging. Highlights:Served in dual leadership roles leading HR for both US and global business units, transitioning to my current position as Head of HR US CVRM due to the consolidation of two business units.Collaborated with several HR Center of Excellence teams, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, DEIB, Learning & Development (L&D), and Total Rewards, to ensure the seamless, consistent delivery of our HR strategy and vision. US Lead for the AZ/Alexion People Integration into the US BBU Commercial organization. Led a cross functional HR team and was responsible for ensuring a successful employee experience & integration. Bolstered the succession slates for business-critical roles by devising plans to create internal talent movement across both US and global markets. Enhanced the vibrancy of our work environment in partnership with US and global leadership teams, which resulted in consistently “highly favorable” scores on PULSE surveys indicating workforce health, engagement and resilience. Pioneered an innovative NextGen Development Academy to upskill internal talent for commercial launches. Served as HR Champion for Development without Borders, a global L&D program which accelerates talent development through purposeful, and differentiated short- and long-term assignments across US, global and international markets.
