As Senior Software Engineer I have been working on a large-scale migration project, transitioning from proprietary account management SaaS solutions to Salesforce. Later transitioned into a project lead role, collaborating closely with internal teams (product managers, designers, logistics specialists) and external stakeholders (Zigzag and other logistics companies) to ensure smooth coordination and project success.As part of the RMS Ops Squad, worked closely with stakeholders to design and implement features for the Restaurant Management System\'s booking system, handling over weekly parties. Key contributions included availability calculations, custom scheduling functionalities, and enhancements for special dining experiences like \"boozy brunch,\" all of which improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
