An entrepreneur with a 30 year mix of start-up leadership in the non-profit, real estate sales, manufacturing and recruiting sectors. Upon graduation with an BS in Marketing from Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business, I was hired and trained as a Sales Executive with Xerox Corporation which led me to promotions and positions in Dallas, Chicago, Columbus and Indianapolis.After spending 10 years at home raising three young children I entered the non-profit start-up field with a volunteer playground building project at Fairfield Elementary in downtownFt. Wayne. In 2003, I recruited a board of 15 directors to launch Aboite New Trails and built 20 miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation trails through 2010 in SW Allen County. I then led the merger committee to form Fort Wayne trails which now boasts over 100 miles of community trails.In 2010, I co-founded Reecer Properties. As the top selling real estate broker in NE Indiana out of~ 1,400 agents in the Multiple Listing Service since 2013, I credit the strength and support of my wonderful team of functional experts. In 2019, Encore Sotheby\'s International Realty acquired Reecer Properties bringing the top notch, quality boutique brand to NE Indiana delivering optimal results for our clients with a collaborative approach, delivering one of the highest value propositions in the marketplace along with the unparalleled marketing of Sotheby\'s International Realty. We serve our clients as real estate advisors for life, all over the globe, where ever they need us.In 2017, I acquired Brookwood Cabinets with a wonderful partner, Jeff Hodgson. Together with our newly recruited COO, Bob Kennedy and the Director of Sales, Kira Blacketor, we quadrupled the company\'s sales. Five years later, in March of 2022 and after the sad, sudden passing of my partner Jeff in 2020, we sold Brookwood to the COO, Bob Kennedy. As founder of NE Indiana Talent Attraction in 2018, my team and I assist hospitals, medical practices and companies to greatly increase the odds of hiring the talent they need and want, when they want them, and keeping them here, maximizing their staffing investment. The organization sells the job, career and company and hire us to matchmake the candidates to NE Indiana. We have influenced millions in new hire salaries to relocate to Fort Wayne and NE Indiana and accept their job offers. From 20••••21, we achieved a 75% job acceptance rate for our largest client. In March of 2022, we added the medical recruiting/sourcing (headhunting) service to our company\'s offerings.
