   Provide strategic counsel and engage with business partners to plan and execute change management strategies that integrate strategic communications and training to support key initiatives at a time of substantial growth. Areas of engagement include: transitioning a select group of high-impact advisors to an expanded trading platform; launching a modernized, cloud-based equity research tool and securities research site; and working cross-functionally as a complete overhaul of advisor program fees and client pricing was being researched, created, planned, and rolled out to the field. Collaborate extensively with internal partners, key home office stakeholders, and senior members of the field sales force.
