About Lynn Petesch
I build CS operations (processes & teams) from scratch and have seen startups grow from 5 to 100 people as well as scaled systems and processes for a 250+ company. I am dedicating the next stage of my Career to Climate Tech since it is the defining issue of our times.I have led customer facing operations (CS) at several B2B SaaS companies which resulted in improved operational efficiencies / cross-departmental collaborations, increased customer satisfaction and reduced churn. I am passionate about representing the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mindset across any organizationOutside of work I love traveling, hiking, and recently got into gardening. I also spent a lot of time going through art galleries and working on my own little collection.
