Brandywine Counseling & Community Services (BCCS) is a nonprofit organization that provides Recovery With Care to individuals and families touched by mental health, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses and their related challenges. BCCS is Delaware’s largest behavioral health provider, with locations in Wilmington, Milford and Newark as well as mobile services.I am charged with implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the Brandywine Counseling and Community Services organization, and provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization\'s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objective. I am responsible for all financial management and budgeting, as well as the supervision of all design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services. Additionally, I oversee the organization’s human resource activities, assuring implementation in accordance to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
