ABOUT LYNN MILLER AUTHOR
After 10 years of training as a classical singer, I transitioned into corporate America. Ten years at a billion-dollar retailer taught me why million-dollar training programs fail: nobody asked employees what they needed to know. For 20+ years, I helped experts who are too far ahead of their time, explain their ideas to people who need them most.I applied that insight to the eLearning world, where I sold enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies, generating over $1 million annually, by asking the questions other sales executives avoided.In 2017, I wanted to help brilliant individuals gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental challenges they faced as they grew their companies. So, I interviewed dozens of tech founders and other entrepreneurs who had valuable lessons learned to share. This inspired me to produce the Women in Growth Stage Tech Conference, providing tech founders with a safe space to address the real problems they face. Fast forward to 2024. While working with Melissa G. Wilson at Networlding Publishing, I developed a passion for amplifying the voices of thought leaders who were also authors.In this role, I kept asking myself why people who successfully addressed what was missing in their respective markets (pioneers who were ahead of their time) weren\'t known by those who would benefit from their experiences. These experts were unstoppable. They identified a gap in their area of expertise that others didn\'t. I wanted to de-mystify how these brilliant people think and act. More importantly, I became fascinated by the purpose-driven nature of these individuals. That\'s when I interviewed as many people as possible who were more than ahead of their time. They were Pioneers Who Seized Tomorrow, Today. Through conversations with thirteen pioneers, I discovered a pattern: these individuals don\'t predict the future. They get fed up with the present and find a new path forward.I asked myself,\"What can I do to tell the stories of people who see tomorrow\'s solutions while everyone else argues about today\'s problems?\"Why? Because each of you has the potential to be ahead of your time, and you don\'t need to have all the answers.You need to ask questions that make everyone else realize they\'ve been accepting broken systems as good enough.And THAT is why I wrote the book \"Ahead of Their Time; Pioneers Who Seized Tomorrow, Today,\" coming out next month, in September 2025
