About Lynn Marie Knowlton

I am an accomplished instructional design manager passionate about cultivating employee development and leadership. My relationship building skills have enabled productive collaboration with client consultants, scrum masters, product owners and fellow instructional designers, but I also work independently depending on client and project need.Clients can always count on me to maintain my learning and development knowledge by attending applicable conferences, summits, or courses. I apply the theory I’ve learned, as well as creative and analytical problem solving skills, to solve a problem, think outside the box.I\'m experienced in coaching and mentoring new designers. I have used my expertise in design tools and software, including Agility, InDesign, Captivate, and Photoshop, to design innovative learning solutions for new hires through top level leaders.
