   Through my role at Homework Doctors, I assist parents and high school students in managing the college application process. My responsibilities include brainstorming and strengthening topic ideas with families, recommending school matches for students, and advancing intellectual exploration in the student\'s major of interest. Outside of the college application process, I administer and grade mock SAT/ACT tests, as well as assist in the process of recruiting new tutors for our middle school, high school, and college students.While my role focuses on the college application process, I have also been working with newly graduated students to strategize how to approach the job application process. Through this, my responsibilities include resume assistance, teaching how to write an appropriate cover letter, job searching, and mentorship throughout the application process.While I do not currently tutor any students live, I do manage a team of tutors, including the development of study guides and relevant training material.
