My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, mass tort and products liability, maritime law, creditor\'s rights and consumer credit defense. I represent several multinational equipment and product manufacturers in Virginia\'s very active asbestos litigation. In addition, I have extensive jury trial experience in State and Federal courts including lead and local counsel in the Rocket Docket of the Eastern District of Virginia. I am also Chair of Williams Mullen\'s Pro Bono committee and I personally handle a variety of Pro Bono cases involving landlord/tenant issues, no fault divorces, estate planning and guardian ad litem.
