Topics of conversation center around the mindset and execution of women using fitness as the catalyst of change that they desire in their lives. It is Lynnette\'s theory that the dedication or lack there of as it relates to fitness is a direct reflection of other areas in women\'s lives. Every other month, Lynnette hosts FREE and PUBLIC conversations on her INSTAGRAM page such as SETBACKS, CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS, EMPOWERMENT, ORGANIZATION, EXCUSES and so much more. Lynnette seeks to partner with companies to bring the gift of health and focus of self to the forefront however that looks! Healthy people are better partners, employees and contributors to society! Lynnette is a Chicago native, based in the Atlanta area for over 22 years. In her spare time, Lynnette is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys traveling the world with her husband of almost 7 years Dr. Joseph Williams, and spending time with her toddler girls Skylar and Zion and one year old Rottweiler puppy, Osiris.

I currently offer personal small group and corporate challenges, speeches and frequently host conferences to invite the community to join.
